Using the latest digital measuring technologies we are able to plot the existing footplate of any commercial building, providing every facet of the building occupation process - landlords, agents, occupiers, fit-out & facilities companies - with reliable, cost effective and vital information.

This information is supplied to you in either PDF, AutoCAD or hard copy, so that whether you have a PC or not you will be able to view it. Other formats available upon request – additional charges may apply.

Minimum fee £165
Typical flats up to 65sqm £165
Typical lock-up shop up to 100sqm £250
Typical office up to 300sqft £350

These prices are guidelines only as every building is different. Prices exclude VAT and are for properties within the M25. For all other instances either inside or outside the M25 please contact us and we will be happy to tailor our services to suit your requirements.
