Plan London shops ‘till they drop'
Plan London is to produce floor plans for the Culver Square shopping centre in Colchester and The Grosvenor Centre in Northampton. They were chosen by PruPim to carry out the survey and produce a full set of plans that could be used for lease registration, EPC calculations and marketing material. Ed James said "this is a great endorsement of our abilities to provide a top notch service".

The Llantrisant Retail Park is owned by Orchard Street Investment Management is just over 115,000sqft and houses 11 occupiers including: Matalan, Halfords & JJB Sports.
